Commercial Contract and Business Torts
Representative cases include Panel Chair of complex litigation involving major contract and mass tort disputes, including significant arbitrability issues, entailing nearly five weeks of evidentiary hearings with claims approaching US$1b. Numerous arbitrations and mediations of contract disputes among competing businesses and among owners of individual businesses.

Franchise, Licensing and Intellectual Property
Representative cases include Panel Chair of (i) numerous franchise disputes involving claims of fraud, misrepresentation, and misuse of copyrights and trademarks, and (ii) licensing rights issues related to the use of trademarks and intellectual property.

Securities, Investment and Ownership Disputes
Representative cases include Panel Chair of a number of complex shareholder disputes involving claims of mismanagement, misappropriation of funds, manipulation of directors and fraud, and (ii) Panel Chair in real estate investment disputes involving, among other things, whether specific investments involved transactions in securities under state and federal law.
